How to buy property in Dubai: step by step.

Define Budget & Goal

Decide on purchase price, payment type (cash or mortgage), purpose (end-use, rental or capital gain) and your preferred timeline. Off-plan typically requires 10–20% down.

Select Property & Make Offer

Once shortlisted, we negotiate price and terms on your behalf. A signed MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) locks in the deal with a 10% deposit paid to the seller.

NOC & DLD Registration

The seller obtains a No Objection Certificate from the developer. Both parties visit the Dubai Land Department or Real Estate Trustee office to transfer ownership. DLD fee: 4% of purchase price.

Title Deed Issued

On the transfer day, the buyer pays the full purchase price (or mortgage lender does) and receives the Title Deed — the official proof of ownership in Dubai. You're now a property owner.
